A veteran in the Hong Kong film industry, Esther has over 28 years professional experience in Asian film industry. She started as a script supervisor in Jackie Chan’s Operation Condor in 1989. Then, she had joined different production houses including Win’s Movie, BOB’s & Partners, Teamwork Motion Pictures, Applause Pictures and AVEX, gaining experience in all aspects of the industry.  In 2013, she became an independent Producer and produced Port of Call (2015) directed by Philip Yung, The Fixer by Larry Lau, Shed Skin (2016) by Roy Szeto, and Honeygiver Among The Dogs by Dechen Roder, an APSA nominee for the Cultural Diversity Award Under the Patronage of UNESCO. In 2016, she has joined Infinitus Films as a Producer and produced Shockwave by Herman Yau and Find Your Voice by Adrian Kwan.
