Shahrokh Bikaran is a composer, singer, sound designer and filmmaker from Afghanistan. He has studied sound engineering as well as cinema.

He composed his first music album during his teenage years. Additionally, he has contributed as a composer and sound designer to the production of more than 10 feature and short films.

For over five years, he directed his first feature-length documentary film titled Kamay, which has garnered widespread attention in the film industry, including recognition at Berlinale, Sundance and IDFA.
