Yoonsoo Her is a South Korean documentary producer and director. She studied philosophy and media at Sungkyunkwan University. She directed a short fiction film entitled A Story about No-bra, which deals with sexual objectification in the daily lives of college women. It was screened at the 2016 Film Festival for Women’s Rights curated by Korea Women’s Hotline.

She also directed a short documentary entitled Sisters Who Graduated from Film School and I, which follows four women dreaming of becoming film directors while working part-time jobs in their twenties. From 2020 to 2022, she worked at SonaFilms, a boutique documentary production company founded by Sona Jo, and was involved in multiple award-winning feature documentaries as an associate producer. Her previous produced works are K-family Affairs (Dir. Nam Arum, 2023), awarded at DMZ documentary festival in 2023, and XiXi (Dir. Fan Wu, 2024), premiered at HotDocs 2024.
