Heaseung Cho is a Korean animation director and producer. She started in animation as a concept designer in 1997 and has participated in various Korean feature film animation works. She has been working as the CEO of the content studio Creative SUMM since 2016.

Currently working as a writer and director of a VR animation series for planetariums and the webtoon Red Sleeves, and as the main production company representative and executive producer of Pig That Survived Foot-and-Mouth Disease (2024), she has worked with director Hur Bum-Wook for 4 years.

She created several famous short film such as Bread Kitz and Strange Season, and participated as a director, art director or production company in films such as Yobi The Five Tailed Fox (2007), Leafie A Hen into the Wild (2011), Underdog (2019) and Beauty Water (2020).
