A graduate of the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, India, Dominic Sangma (Berlinale Talents 2019) made his first feature MA•AMA in 2018 (Best Garo Film National Award, Best Cinematography in the 22nd Shanghai International Film Festival and selected in multiple international festivals).

His second feature is titled Rapture. The project is supported by HBF (Script Development) and Visions Sud Est and Doha Film Institute, and was selected in La Fabrique du Cinema 2018, Film Bazaar 2018, Tokyo Talents 2019, Boost NL and so on.

He co-founded Kelvin Cinema Festival of Films and is the artistic director of the festival. He also teaches at Film and Television Institute Itanagar.
