Producer Kęstutis Drazdauskas is the Founder of Artbox, a leading film and TV production company in theBaltic region. Kęstutis hasproduced and co-produced more than 40 feature films and TV series incollaboration witha number of countries around the globe. Outside of the company, Kęstutis Drazdauskaschairs the Board of Baltic Film and Creative Tech Cluster and the Supervisory Board of Vilnius Film Office.

He is a Board Member of the Independent Producers Associationof Lithuania and the Film Policy Council.Kęstutis is also a member of the European Producers Club.Kestutis was one of the founders of Vilnius Film Cluster (now Baltic Film and Creative Tech Cluster), anorganization which brings together more than 30 companies across the Lithuanian audio-visual industry. VFCsuccessfully lobbied for the establishment of tax incentives for film production in Lithuania, which have beenin effect since 1 January 2014.
