Moon Yang-kwon is a Korean film producer. Their first production was the popular horror retelling of Hansel and Gretel (2007) directed by Yim Pil-sung. This was followed by The Good the Bad the Weird (2008), which was an international success and won an APSA for Achievement in Cinematography, The Servant (2010) and Bong Joon-ho’s Mother (2009). That film won an APSA for Best Performance by an Actress as well as 40 other awards around the world as well as screening at festivals including Cannes, Busan, Chicago, Dubai and Munich. Ten years later they collaborated once more with Bong Joon Ho on Parasite (2019), which was awarded the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. They received their first APSA nomination for Best Feature Film.
