Born in Tokyo in 1978, Yoshihiro Furusawa joined Toho Co., Ltd. in 2000. In 2012, he became the Section Chief of the animation division, and spearheaded the Toho animation brand, where he produced films such as Your Name. and My Hero Academia: Two Heroes. In September of 2017, he founded STORY inc. while maintaining his position at Toho.
