Nan Achnas was inducted into the Academy through her film, 3 Doa 3 Cinta (3 Wishes 3 Loves) which was nominated for Best Children’s Feature Film. Achnas was also sit as member of the International Nomination Council in 2010.
View ProfileAinsley Gardiner has produced shorts, feature films and television shows. In 2004 she established Whenua Films with actor Cliff Curtis, to promote indigenous story-telling on screen. After working on two award-winning shorts with Taika Waititi, she co-produced his first two features, Eagle vs Shark and breakout hit Boy – which was nominated for an APSA for Best Children’s Feature Film in 2010, and resulted in her being inducted into the APSA Academy. She was a development grant recipient for her animated film project The Song Jar.
